Indicative Fees
Our standard fee table below gives an indication of the likely fee for each transaction. Each application is considered individually and the offer we submit will show the actual fee.

Where the Building Owner or the Person Giving Security is not resident or registered in the United Kingdom the next fee band will apply. (This includes the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.) There is also an enhanced due diligence fee for offshore applicants which is currently £2,250 plus VAT for individuals and £3,250 plus VAT for corporate entities.
The full fee must be paid before Security is deemed to be effective.
The Setting Up fee includes release of security in full in a single payment to the PGS.
If the Security Sum is “topped up” to the next fee band the difference between the fee bands will be applied.
