Plus 1.5% of the Security Sum amount + VAT
Overseas residents and companies
£300
Plus 2.5% of the Security Sum amount + VAT
Additional add-ons for more complex projects
In more complicated cases, there may be additional fees.
For instance, there could be a fee of £150 + VAT for UK residents and companies or £300 + VAT for overseas residents and companies for each of the following actions:
- Reissue of offer and contract schedule
- Partial release of the Security Sum
- Change of bank account
- Return of funds paid from the wrong account
- Each additional entity in the ownership structure
- Change of surveyor or other material party
- Third party payments and interim payments to the main contractor
Our fee is calculated as you prepare your application and you are under no obligation whatever until you accept our written offer simply by depositing the security sum.
