Court orders

Ensuring monies are held securely in compliance with orders of the Court

The reliable, fully regulated security service you need

We hold funds in escrow during litigation, when disagreements are settled out of court or before coming to trial.

The court will issue a Consent Order requiring a sum to be held and setting out how and when it will be released. We will vary our Terms of Business in the Contract Schedule to reflect these requirements.
