Answer

Answer questions so we can complete checks to prevent money laundering.

Deposit

Pay the fees which for UK residents are usually £150 + 1.5% of the Security Sum + VAT.

Deposit the Security Sum into a ring-fenced account in one of the UK’s oldest banks. Steps 1-3take around 3 days.

Release

Once a Certificate for Payment has been issued by the Contract Administrator under one of the standard forms of Building Contract, we can release the funds to the contractor.
