With over 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor, Richard Pugh, is Director of Security For Expenses Ltd.
Richard has been Head of General Practice Department at Bentley Pugh & Associates for 16 years where he provides residential valuation and specialist property advice. He has extensive experience in the management of large property portfolios, landlord and tenant work and refurbishment projects. He specialises in lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, probate and tax, and advises on party wall work and office, residential, educational and industrial developments.
He was awarded a Bachelor of Science from the University of the West of England in 1983 and is a long-standing member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
